Eating at Stoneleigh…


As keen (amateur) Chefs, we love to prepare meals which are delicious, hearty & home cooked using local or garden grown ingredients. Our evening meals are available on request, always a surprise & we can veganise pretty much anything. From authentic Italian (one of us in half-Italian), Chinese with a fusion twist, real-style Indian, traditional Arab dishes, gut-busting U.S. junk food to uber-healthy if that’s your preference!
Breakfast in our kitchen/diner overlooking the garden & terrace, is a leisurely affair. We cook to order & work backwards from our extremely generous Full English Vegan Breakfast with the works – faux-sage, fake-on, tofu scramble, mushrooms, hash-browns, beans, grilled tomatoes & rounds of toast (freshly made bread of course) – from this you can create any combo you desire, with smashed Avo, homemade chia pots, healthy cereals, juice, fresh coffee & teas.
You probably won’t need lunch…

English Menu…
- A rich and warming cauliflower and cashew cream soup with a harissa & thyme drizzle and homemade bread rolls & butter.
- A traditional Irish stew (made with Seitan which is a hearty
meat substitute) served with miso, butter cabbage on the side. - Apple crumble & custard.
East & West Asian Menu…
- Turnip pancakes with crispy turnip tops.
- Homemade sweet & sour crispy tofu, with sesame pak choi and portobello mushroom pancakes & hoisin sauce.
- Baklava (not Chinese but delicious!)
Italian Menu…
- Roasted vegetable & fresh herb bruchetta
- Pasta options:
- Traditional lasagne,
- OR Traditional Bolognese,
- OR Traditional Carbonara
- OR a Vodka gochujang pasta (this is a tomato, cream, chilli sauce) served with a generous green salad & garlic bread.
- Baked vanilla cheesecake
